This package is for a kitchen or bathroom renovation on its own. If you're renovating the whole home, kitchen and bathroom included, the Renovation & New Build Design Package is the right fit instead.

Design and documentation are the core of this package, ready to hand to whichever company you engage. Site visits during installation are available as an optional add-on if you'd like ongoing support once the trades are on site.

Typically 7 to 10 weeks from your initial consultation to a completed handover pack, consultation and site measure first, then concept, documentation and revisions, then gathering tender prices. The tender stage can shift depending on how quickly trade companies respond, that part isn't fully in either of our hands.

Not a problem. If you already have a trade company you'd like to work with, I'm happy to work with them directly. If not, sourcing tender prices from two suitable trade companies is part of the package.
